LEE JUNG HEE'S CASE UPDATE 17/07/2015

(Busan district) The court has recognized the "3-Mother-Sons Sexual Abuse Case" mother's appeal for divorce due to her claim of being sexually abused for 10 over years, and given the custody rights to the mother.

16 July, Family Court News1 Reporter Team 一 (Judge) proposed to reject husband Mr Heo (50 years old)'s appeal against divorce from wife Madam Lee (45 years old). Suspected to be involved in the "3-Mother-Sons Sexual Abuse & Prostitution of Them", Mr Heo had lost the appeal against divorce last year during the first hearing.

The Court Trial Division is of the opinion that "The first hearing result is justified. Therefore, there is no further need to take the (Mr Heo's) appeal into consideration."

Therefore, Madam Lee & Mr Heo are now officially divorced. At the same time, she is awarded of the children's custody.

The 10 cafe members who attended the hearing were very happy at the news. When Madam Lee walked out of the court, her eyes were flowing with tears, & she was overwhelmed with emotions. She said, "I've won the custody of my children!"

During the interview with News1 reporter, Madam Lee & her youngest son expressed, "Nightmares no more!"

"It's ok if I'm receiving punishment alone, but all these that I'm doing is for the sake to protect my 2 sons. Now I can finally protect them." Madam Lee sighed as she spoke.

The youngest son said, "I finally don't have to live with my father. I'm so happy that I get to live with my mum." And he revealed a beautiful smile at that.

"Because I've been afraid that my sons may be kidnapped by Mr Heo during school, I've stopped them from schooling for over a year. Now they can go back to school again." Madam Lee is pressing a total of 17 charges in the name of "sexual abuse", "prostitution" etc against Mr Heo in the Gyeonggi Province and Busan district court.

"The 3-Mother-Sons Sexual Abuse Case" 一 The case has aroused netizens' deep interest since the mother posted an "I'm a very dirty woman" article on the internet on 22 June.

The website "A Woman With Many Scars, But Still Beautiful", a supporter of Madam Lee, conveyed its heartiest congratulation after hearing this news.

Hmm... this issue has been quiet lately... I wonder what happened since the police said they were going to re-investigate the case? Still no word?

bbyangelike • 8 years ago

Are there any updates on anything that's been happening so far? I feel like this issue has slowed down and it really isn't going to help.

I can't even that even ireport cnn had been taken down. Why they're doing this? I'm honestly so mad about this issue and I just wanted to give a little help. But it seems alot of powerful people are members of that 'cult organization'.

fiercediva • 8 years ago

It wasn't taken down; I'm seeing it just fine from the U.S. side but a disclaimer (or disturbing content) displays that you have to answer before the article fully displays.

I think the father is obviously connected to the higher ups and government officials. Why so corrupted, korea? I am disgusted by how the police aren't doing their jobs at all. While their job scope is to fight injustice yet they are sitting on their lazy brown nosing butts and let injustice happen and get all their salary by doing nothing and just supporting corruption. Heroes aren't born, they're made. Everyone who sees this injustice and who has power but ignoring it because of fear needs to step up and be a hero.

IIlIlIlIlIlI • 8 years ago

one of the problem is that koreans are very religious. According to reports the grandfather is a big pastor in korea. I would not be surprised if some celebrities were involved in this if he is a highly sought out pastor. I was wondering why NO CELEBRITIES have said anything because if they did this news would of caught fire very quickly. It kind of makes sense now.
This isnt confirmed but they said the grandfather and the father church is Sungmin Church in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-Do. And there are some celebrities that got married at a church in that area. Not sure if celebrities got married specifically there. But if he is the widely known church the chances are riding high.

vvelcomebitch • 8 years ago

I heared the majority of koreans were atheist. Maybe I heared wrong. Either way pastors are always powerful

I've seen a few articles about it pop up in the media but apparently they've been routinely deleted from the top rankings every time a new one makes it up there.

The family must has some strong connection sigh.. they are doing their hardest to bury this case..lets expose those animals!!!! How could they do such a disgusting thing towards their own family???

But why even bother writing to the US embassy like some people have done, nothing will be done about this since she provided no evidence to back up her story.

Filomena • 8 years ago

Hey guys, if you've heard of The Young Turks on YouTube I suggest shooting them a message/email/tweet about the issue as well. They're a great online news station based in the states and I think they'd be interested in this story. I've already sent them an email (feedback@tytnetwork.com)

Trisha • 8 years ago

Anybody know where are the mother and her two sons right now? Are they safe?

Alouette • 8 years ago

They're hiding somewhere in SK. No one knows where they are right now but I believe that's for the best. I also hope they're safe as well and find good people to help them

Trisha • 8 years ago

I'm scared for their life.. This case has gone public and we don't know what her husband going to do if he finds them. I really hope they get help and protection soon.

IKZZZ. ..😜 • 8 years ago

Hopefully someone with more power will be able to reach out to this family and offer them all the help they deserve.
BTW, what I want to know is, who on earth is people deleting the posts, the husband surely doesn't posses such power?!.

Alouette • 8 years ago

Idk. He seems to be connected with people who seem to have high status and influence. Those people are most likely officials/businessman/part of the media/ etc. The reason why they're deleting the posts is because if word gets out and they get caught since they're involved abd have participated in it, it would jeopardize and embarrass them.

IKZZZ. ..😜 • 8 years ago

Man😪
More than anything, I want this woman and her children to have someone give them some psychological help, they have been through so much, also I hope they have good people around them.

they are should get out from korea ASAP! or surely they will die if that animal of father found them

IKZZZ. ..😜 • 8 years ago

Dude is worst than an animal, but I agree, all the best for her and her children.

Alouette • 8 years ago

I can only pray and hope so too. I couldn't imagine the stress and trauma they're experiencing if this is true. I've read that the oldest son has been seeking help from a mental hospital though so that's very relieving to hear. I hope this family will get justice somehow

IKZZZ. ..😜 • 8 years ago

Couldn't put it into better words myself, not much we can do but help with revealing the truth😪

Cindy • 8 years ago

Here's the thing though: even if it's fake, who do we harm by sharing this and trying our best to help? Prostitution rings aren't myths; even if this turns out to be false, we can help bring awareness to victims who's stories are much similar to Junghee's. And this is IF her story is false.

disqus_fMXNmwdJ9O • 8 years ago

They need to get out of Korea by some way. Boat whatever! Than they can go to a U.S. Embassy and get a new passport and go to the U.S. seek for help

Shai_love • 8 years ago

They're hiding though and no one knows where they are. In order for the US Embassy to even help them, they'd need to go to them.

disqus_fMXNmwdJ9O • 8 years ago

Not talking about the embassy in Korea. I'm saying they need to get out of Korea, but since they don't have passports they could go on a boat or whatever other way and in a different country go to the embassy
