We would like to emulate your "How useful was this page" code on an AMP page. But your version appears to work only on the non-AMP page, and we can't get it to work on an AMP page. Do you know of an approach that will work for an AMP page?

I've actually blogged about it here (including different approach for AMP pages): https://www.tunetheweb.com/...

Add /amp/ to any article URL on this blog to see the AMP page with the AMP version of the code. For example for this page checkout the AMP version here: https://www.tunetheweb.com/...

Exactly what we were looking for - TY. We like to maintain a provenance trail on 'imported' code; usually with the addition of a comment at beginning-of-file (JS, CSS). How should we cite this work? We plan to use it on all of our content pages.

A link to the blog post will suffice.
