This viewpoint is broadly held across Vermont. Not that the PSB cares about that. People need to rise up with their voices before every scenic roadside acre is covered in solar panels.

The PSB is expert at applying Catch 22 logic: If you are an average person and are offended by an RE project then you are too close to the problem and therefore you are not an average person. You are disqualified!
