This is cool. I'll be especially interested to see you implement recurring tasks and multi-person tasks. I work with several groups that are supposed to send in reports weekly/monthly, and being able to set one of these up per group member would be excellent!

Well done!

Great to know – I can see this being a very useful feature in this type of scenario. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you. It will be very helpful to assign tasks to multiple people.

I guess I am a little slow, but is there a way to avoid the two e-mail redundancy at the beginning. You "cc" someone or e-mail them directly with the task, and then followupthen tells them they have been assigned a task, kind of redundant.

Good question – currently, no. The initial email from us contains the links you and your assignee need to complete or opt out of the task. We're exploring some ideas that would get this down to one email. For now though, they will always receive your email, plus the notification from us that they have been assigned a task.

Hi, thanks for the blog post.
Is there a way that the software can also keep a running tally of the tasks that you have completed to give you a bird's eye view of what you have accomplished for the day, week, month, quarter, or year? You could then go back and delete the list if you wanted to, or use it for future reference, or a training tool.

Hi Dave, Not yet. But this is good feedback. Our current web-interface does show completed followups, but not yet broken down by task. Noted for future design reference!
