I love this service. Use as often as I can. Works better for me than reminder apps on my phone. Though I do have a bit of trouble explaining to folks how exactly it works for them. They seem to think that followupthen domain is too long to remember for the email. I remember "io" only cause it stands for Indian ocean. My 2cents.

Thanks for the feedback. This is always a challenge. Auto-complete helps, but the mental leap is still a bit difficult for some. We're working on ways to make it easier to understand.

I use FUT multiple times a day, every single day! I am not sure how I managed not just email, but also tasks and reminders before this service. And I have been convincing friends that they need to give FUT a shot !
