China, please help the Philippines. It is time for you to make your move, take the Philippines not just the small island.

Philippines should start building a five star Hospital. If all corrupt politicians be convicted and jailed? They are all going to ask for Hospital arrest. It was much better when Marcos was still the president, corruption like this was unheard off, politician was scared of death from Marcos regime.

The present system is not enough to guard the taxpayers' money vs big time na magnanakaw from congress and their cohorts! COA should recommend an effective system para di na maulit ito! Imagine if these big amount of money were actually spend for the upliftment of the lives of the mindanao citizens, baka malaki na ang potential na masolve ang poverty problem sa Mindanao at wala ng pupunta sa malaysia/indonesia para maghanap ng trabaho! GRRRRRRRR!

IF any of them are linked to the Liberal Party, PNoy and De Lima are not interested. Kung opposition yan, may arrest warrant agad.

Wow this is depressing AF. Normal na lang talaga nag corruption dito and it's everywhere. To think that this is only ONE of their numerous sources of ill-gotten wealth? Wow

Allen Douglas • 9 years ago

ABAD invented DAP to SPLURGE to SENATONGS and TONGRESSMEN and these "lawmakers" are splurging it well. Some of the amount was even used to BRIBE senatongs and tongressmen to impeach a former CJ. Nice splurging, di ba.....

Kirk Whallum • 9 years ago

There should be a National Wall of Shame in the Philippines posted with the names and photos of every politicians tainted with corruption. Anyone who can present convincing evidence they were mistakenly accused...only then their names and photos be taken off the National Wall of Shame.

Politicians whose names are on the wall shall not be permitted to participate in any elections - not while their names are on the Wall of Shame. This way people can preempt BOBOTANTES voting undeserving criminals and glib-talking politicians back to office.

INFALLIBLE_RP_MEDIA • 9 years ago

WALLS OF SHAME IS NOT SHAMEFUL ANYMORE. IT HAS BECOME A BADGE OF HONOR.

disqus_vU1klyrdjb • 9 years ago

There are walls of shame all over the nation when politicians put their pictures and names on large tarpaulins, vehicles, and anywhere else they can make their mark -- like a peeing dog.

I-Care (Cabaluna III at si Rivera - as if they really CARE about YOU)
AGAP (Briones - maAGAP kumita)
A-Teacher (Piamonte - Ah masarap talaga Teacher)
Kakusa (Canonigo - kakusa nina Jinggoy, Bong at Enrile. Magsama silang lahat sa loob)
AAMBIS-Owa (Garin - need we say more)

Remember their names and what they represent!

This is the reason, why politician kill each other during election - MONEY
The system needs to change. Time to have federalism. immediate halt to all CORRUPTION. COA should be empowered to money project prior release, during and after. COA finding is after corruption only. tsk tsk tsk.... kawawa ang Inang Bayan. Belmonte, your turn to act, NOW

WHY do you think all of them spent millions in their campaign just to win the election..????? HUWAG nga tayo maglokohan dito... 49 lang?

Allen Douglas • 9 years ago

47 ADMINISTRATION ALLIES in Congress from 2011 to 2013 are linked to DAP/PDAF SCAM, according to the Commission on Audit (COA).

Can we expect DE LIMA to act and file cases on these ALLIES? Nah, she just said it, IT'S NOT HER PRIORITY....That's DAANG MATUWID for you guys...parang ERAP na rin, weder weder lang....hehehe

We need more bed space in Hospitals and more VIP Holding Facilities to confined more Congressman and Senators who are named with Napoles regarding PDAF and DAP scam. It is a cancer in government practiced by all elected government officials since we become independent from the U.S. It is our moral duty to bring out what we know who in government stealing our money.

oH AYAN, PURO KATIWALIAN NG MGA LAWMAKERS NATIN, GINAMIT MINDANAO, WALA NAMANG NAPUNTANG PERA SA MINDANAO, KAYA MARAMING REBELDE.

ANO ANG DAPAT GAWIN SA MGA TAONG SANGKOT SA KATIWALIAN, ALAM NILA YAN KUNG GINAWA NILA NA BINULSA LANG ANG PERA. KASO MO PURO MAKAKAPAL ANG MUKHA

Fortune • 9 years ago

There seems to be no satisfaction to amass wealth for these government officials and employees.

Billy Tanzan • 9 years ago

Basically, they re educated to plunder, graduates of UNIVERISTY OF PLUNDERERS or UP. Second, pag may lusot, titira yan. Our law is constricted with TRO sale. We need to create a constitutional body made of THINK TANK experst with the sole objective to patch up any loopholes in our lawys, system and process to curb corruption. Third, Need death penalty for graft, corruption and plunder. One million pesos is plunder already.

Aldrin De Torres • 9 years ago

There are a lot of us who think that our extremely-corrupt government now is the effect of having been colonized in the past. Sad to say that exclusive Filipino governance had been there since 1946 but rather failed to "change it (bad governance)" for good. Recall Philippine History back the pre-Spanish era, when Pigafetta observed and wrote about our place as one of the Islas de los Ladrones (Islands of Thieves, including Marianas, etc.).
Don't blame the Spaniards, the Americans, the Europeans, the Communists, the Oligarchs, the Martians, etc, etc, but rather put them on these greedy "All-Filipino" politicos running the government. Singapore for instance was a colony in the past, but because of their "good and honest" post-colonial government, Philippines became a far cry loser in terms of almost all aspects in governance, including the basic honesty-yardstick - "punctuality", di ba Noynoy, han didto ka ha Singapore?

Don't misinterpret this as corruption, according to Mastermind Abad.

KarlosRegaza • 9 years ago

BOSSlot • 9 years ago

Tuwad Abad

just shows the ineptitude of our government to reach every municipality and citizen in our country. that they are unable to provide the services and assistance, instead they rely on NGOs whose credibility are more dubious than the officials elected in each region..
the taxes we paid so heavily are stolen right in front of our faces by fake NGOs.
why not let NGOs spend their own capital, and ask for reimbursement + service charge, from the government only after the project has been implemented?
i hope COA go after these NGOs as well.
