They have a "right to speak on any subject"? Not so, as this peach is illegal and should not only be stopped, but also investigated! And as far as their Godless calling of this, compassion killing goes, Christ Jesus the Lord showed the ultimate compassion by dying on the cross for the sins of the whole world 1 John 2:2. He died for all, as "all have sinned" Romans 3:23. Heck, Jesus died, shed His precious blood even for this man! That's love, real compassion.

At least 2 Baptist ministers made Facebook posting videos saying that the gays should be killed.

Gus • 7 years ago

And this portends what, exactly? Somehow I don't see Baptists killing homosexuals.
When that happens I'm sure it will be pointed out ad nauseum, but it seems unlikely.

More likely are more NYTimes editorials blaming the Orlando massacre on a homophobic atmosphere fostered by Republicans and having nothing to do with Islamic homophobia and radical islamic jihad.

Why of course. Does the times hire insane people or simply make them that way?

I must say that this video clip has changed my mind about calling terrorists radical Muslims. They are not radical at all, they are normal, according to them.

Gus • 7 years ago

Listen to your president. It is morally wrong to denigrate an entire world religion of 1.1 billion people simply on the basis of a few hundred million bad apples.

hrhjmm • 7 years ago

How come Musab Musari was only convicted of arson? Pleaded down from hate crime charges. NO TERRORIST CHARGES! he was from Benghazi and was working with state Dept as goodwill ambassador?

We know you be da troll Fucnk man!

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

You know what really ticks me off? I've been in favor of gay marriage since 2003. And now if I say that I'm in favor of marriage equality, people say that I'm only saying that because of what happened in Orlando.

Gus • 7 years ago

Why are you saying that?

That battle was fought and won. If, after the slaughter in Orlando, you are making a point of saying you are in favor of gay marriage, it seems obvious you are saying it to get a reaction, and apparently it is working. I'm sure your are pleased.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

You have to ask why I said that when the reasons were already in the original post?

Gus • 7 years ago

Your reason made no sense. Why would you say, at this point, that you favor gay marriage? That issue is settled and people have moved on. I assume you want to re-fight a battle that has already been won for some reason you understand but no one else does. Otherwise I'm baffled why you would bother to mention it. Thus my question: Why are you saying that?

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

Why ask why?

Gus • 7 years ago

It was your post. Should I ask your spokesman or immam instead? If so, please send me their contact information or, in the alternative, you could ask them why you said it and then, once you sort of understand it, maybe you could take a scary chance and speak for yourself.

Just a passing idea that evidently has not occurred to you.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

You might want to learn how to spell "imam." But then, it's pretty obvious that you're living in fantasy world if you think I have a spokesman.

Gus • 7 years ago

I don't think you have a spokesman, I simply think you need one since you are evidently unable to explain your comments yourself.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

You evidently need psychiatry.

Gus • 7 years ago

You think a psychiatrist can explain your comments? How?

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

You clearly need an English teacher to explain my comments to you.

Gus • 7 years ago

Someone needs to since it is clear that you cannot, which is why I asked for your spokesperson at the outset.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

It's also pretty clear that you're not very bright. At all...

Gus • 7 years ago

Fine. Explain as you would to someone very stupid. To repeat: Your reason made no sense. Why would you say, at this point, that you
favor gay marriage? That issue is settled and people have moved on. I
assume you want to re-fight a battle that has already been won for some
reason you understand but no one else does. Otherwise I'm baffled why
you would bother to mention it. Thus my question: Why are you saying this?

I suspect you have no answer.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

If I were trying to "re-fight a battle" over gay marriage, I would say I'm against it, because it is clear to all normal people that gay marriage will be legal and recognized in all corners of America, as it should be. Your comments make very little sense.

Gus • 7 years ago

Read carefully. If moving your lips helps feel free to do so. It is not true that gay marriage WILL be legal and recognized, it IS legal and recognized. The question was why you were endorsing it, since that battle has already been fought and won. Are you looking to be congratulated because you jumped on the train after it left the station? Are you flying some sort of Islamic rainbow flag? Do you seek applause for being so broad minded. What were you trying to communicate?

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

"Are you looking to be congratulated because you jumped on the train after it left the station?"

You clearly need to improve your reading comprehension. I supported gay marriage long before it was acceptable. I still remember the Republican Party sending offensive campaign mailings to voters in Nebraska showing a man kneeling before another man proclaiming that was "President Kerry's America." Your fellow republitards are still against gay marriage. I was simply stating that I was supporting gay marriage before it was cool to do so.

Gus • 7 years ago

Yes, and what compelled that? That battle was over. Are you expecting applause because of your broadmindedness? Who is against gay marriage at this point?

Did it make you feel all proud and gooey inside?

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

Why do you like making so many useless posts?

Gus • 7 years ago

Why don't you answer reasonable questions? I have a working bullshit detector and when it registers bullshit, I tend to throw a flag on it. You are all over the place except for explaining why you feel so satisfied with yourself for applauding gay marriage, which had nothing to do with what happened in Orlando and which for the rational part of the nation, which evidently does not include you, has ceased to be an issue anyway.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

You never asked a reasonable question. You are just spewing useless responses in a desperate cry for attention. Your idiotic posts show that you're clearly against gay marriage becoming legal (like most butthurt conservatives) and are just upset over a Muslim accepting gay marriage. Because in your twisted conservatard mind, you want all Muslims to hate gays. It would complete your warped view of reality.

Gus • 7 years ago

Not that it matters but I have voted for a Republican precisely once, twenty years ago, and concluded same sex marriage was fine with me sometime in the 90's. The fact that you assume the opposite about me simply demonstrates how goofy your self congratulatory stance, which had nothing to do with the subject under discussion, really is. It seems clear that you not only do not understand others, you understand yourself not at all. This likely is the reason you cannot explain what in the world your comments have to do with the shooting in Orlando.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

Wow, you really are a complete troll.

Gus • 7 years ago

And still you have no answer. You deserve some sort of prize. Maybe a large pin on button proclaiming your approval of gay marriage. It would make no sense of course, but that's what would make it appropriate for you to wear in light of your self-applause for being on board.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

Why do you keep making useless posts?

Gus • 7 years ago

My irony meter just exploded. This is equivalent to your infantile 'why ask why' post. It's a fair question, which was why I asked you what your point was in the first place and why I continue to wonder. So why, in the face of the slaughter of innocents by a self-proclaimed jihadi in a gay night club you, Monsieur Khan, feel compelled to let everyone know that you approve of gay marriage. As far as I could tell then, and as far as I can tell now, it was merely to proclaim what a good guy you are. Congratulations. If I am wrong and some congratulatory comment was not what you were expecting you could always try explaining instead of making weird accusations about my politics of which you clearly know nothing.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

You just made another useless post.

Gus • 7 years ago

Irony abounds. Have you ever been tested for reading comprehension? It is either very poor or you are not very good at hiding evasive responses.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

Ah, now the troll is pretending to be educated. Go blow your own brains out.

Gus • 7 years ago

You are awfully emotional. Is this your usual response when people throw a bullshit flag on some goofy thing you have said?

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

Why do you like making so many bullshit posts?

Gus • 7 years ago

I don't like it. In fact that was in essence my original question to you. What is the point of stating that you are in favor of gay marriage, unless you think there is something special about such a view? I mean I really don't see the connection between your view on gay marriage and the slaughter of innocent people in a nightclub in Orlando. What point were you trying to make?

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

Take a break from the internet and go get laid.

Gus • 7 years ago

I take it you still have no answer. Actually that was obvious from the outset. The mystery now is why you persist in drawing attention to that fact. I suppose as in most cases of perturbed behavior, any attention, even that which exposes your failing, is welcome. Does that explain you?

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

I believe you have no question.....other than "how big of a troll am I?"

Gus • 7 years ago

You appear to be a very persistent troll, though I won't hazard a guess on your size. But let me repeat my question what point were you making or reaction were you seeking when you said, apropos of nothing: "You know what really ticks me off? I've been in favor of gay marriage since 2003. And now if I say that I'm in favor of marriage equality, people say that I'm only saying that because of what happened in Orlando."

This is simply bizarre. In view of the massacre in Orlando, why would you bring up your -oh so broadminded- views on gay marriage? Were you trying to establish for some arcane reason your credentials concerning your gayness? Did you suppose this would either be edgy, or shocking, or would get you a pat on the back? What do your views on gay marriage, or other people's reaction to them, or the fact that you are 'ticked off' have to do with anything that happened on that horrible night? What peculiar thoughts were rattling around your head when you wrote this?

Are you in the habit of commenting on topics in a way that has nothing to do with the topic, unless your comment somehow turns it into something about you? It may surprise you but most things are not about you. This conversation is of course about you, which I suppose is why you a) won't answer the question and thereby end it, and b)why you insist on continuing. It is your way of saying "Look at me! Look at me!"

It's gone way past tiresome to the point where it is now becoming interesting to see just how needy of attention and loopy you really are.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

You calling anyone else a troll when the whole initiation of this exchange was you trolling me with useless questions is just another troll tactic of yours.

Gus • 7 years ago

But you are a troll. That was what you were doing with your initial comment and why you can't explain it. Fascinating. Especially you inability to let it go when someone throws a bullshit flag on you.

Imran Khan • 7 years ago

Calling someone else a troll is a classic tactic a troll has in order to deflect attention away from one's own trolling behavior. That is clearly what you are doing here. Look at your obsessive replies to me. You are a troll, plain and simple.

Gus • 7 years ago

Indeed, that was obvious when in order to deflect attention from your inability to answer you resorted to the cliche of calling someone a troll when they challenge your ego-maniacal bs.
