If nothing else, one has to admire the CIA's business model...

LoneShark • 7 years ago

Perfected by Roger and Bill Clinton for the cocaine trade.

MaximusBraveheart • 7 years ago

If media had actually done their freaking jobs, we wouldn't be hearing about the Clintoons anymore.

Exactly. The war on drugs is protectionism of their own drug trade, plus, it bumps the price higher. Both good for the insiders!

Buster000 • 7 years ago

He was telling the truth.

Same in Afghanistan. Heroin pays for off the books black ops...and probably Hillarys campaign as well.

Venril • 7 years ago

It certainly seems to be keeping our southern border open. The Cartels have a lot of bribe money. How much found it's way into the CF? Lot's of rumors from Arkansas days.

With comments like this, I'm forced to read the article. Foul, I cry! Foul!

Yuvi S • 7 years ago

Now you know why the Taliban had to be taken out in 2001. They outlawed Opium production.

Yuvi S • 7 years ago

Yeah the Men in black will do anything to put the uppity serfs back in place, including 15 years of indiscriminate war, and a promise of another 25 years to follow.

Constitution • 7 years ago

If you have an IQ over 50, you know what is really happening.
1. Invading Afghanistan had NOTHING to do with 911.
2. It was all about setting up a CIA drug operation.
3. CIA is using U.S. military assets to protect drug production and to distribute drugs throughout the world.
4. WWII was over in under what, 3 or 4 years? Why has the Afghanistan war continued for 15 years? Because of the CIA drug operation.
5. CIA has many drug running operations into the U.S.A., one of which was/is Mena Arkansas, which was run/protected by the Clintons, first as AG, then as Governor, then as President. Who do you think is protecting the Clintons, even today?
The real question is, "Is CIA drug running what we the people want?"
"NO!"

Constitution • 7 years ago

Similarly, Castro, a trained CIA agent, led the "revolution" that turned Cuba into a CIA drug plantation. Is that what we want our government doing?
That is why a marine base still exists on this "Communist" island; to distribute the drugs to the U.S. & elsewhere.

Damn man, you are sooo dead wrong. Stop listening to Alex Jones.

Leto مؤدّب • 7 years ago

"WWII was over in under what, 3 or 4 years?"

Well, if you don't know the answer to such a basic question (Sept 1, 1939-May 8, 1945) then I see problems in your line of reasoning, too.

Constitution • 7 years ago

Your superior line of reasoning?
12/8/1941 to 8/19/1945 = 3 years, 8 months, 6 days.
No wonder you can't see my point.

Leto مؤدّب • 7 years ago

FYI, WWII didn't start when you Yanks joined the party. It started when Germany attacked Poland in 1939. Glad I could help you.

Yuvi S • 7 years ago

Germany only attacked poland after the Danzig massacre. 58,000 ethnic germans were systematically slaughtered. Learn your history.

Spare me from the neo-Nazi BS.

Yuvi S • 7 years ago

YOu think you know anything about World War 2? The whole thing was a lie like the Iraq weapons of mass destruction. Only difference they didn't have any alt media like Breitbart etc to counter their narrative. The governments have always lied to their people to start wars. WAR IS ALWAYS A RACKET.

Leto مؤدّب • 7 years ago

A quick search on Google has shown that StormFront and the like-minded websites are sporting your claim.

Yuvi S • 7 years ago

Germany’s unforgivable crime before WW2 was its attempt to loosen its economy out the the world trade system and to build up an independent exchange system from which the world-finance could not profit any more….we butchered the wrong pig.” – Winston Churchill (The Second world War – Berne 1960)
“We made a monster, a devil, out of Hitler. Therefore, we couldn’t disavow it after the war. After all, we mobilised the masses against the Devil himself so we were forced to play our part in this diabolic scenario after the war. In no way could we have pointed out to our people that the war was only an economic preventive measure.” -US Foreign Secretary James Baker (1992)

Constitution • 7 years ago

When did "your people" start WWII?
Like that has anything to do with my point.

Leto مؤدّب • 7 years ago

You wrote "WWII was over in under what, 3 or 4 years?"

Ah, actually May 8 was only the end of the war in Europe. Japan surrendered only on the 15th of August 1945.

Constitution • 7 years ago

So, you can't give me a date for the beginning and you can't give me a date for the "end."
Your point in all of this was what exactly?
You wanted to prove to everyone that you did not know anything?

Leto مؤدّب • 7 years ago

WWII started on the first of September, 1939. Apart from the Pacific Theatre of War (where it ended on the 15th of August), it ended on the 8th of May, 1945. That's more like six years rather than three or four.

Constitution • 7 years ago

I guess you proved that alright.
Now back to my point.
You can argue with yourself all you want. Just hit "delete."

Yuvi S • 7 years ago

Don't waste your time with Leto the moron. He is probably a paid shill.

Jo fernandes • 7 years ago

Wtf? We need to all wake up and face reality now

Hey Constitution, stop talking like that...(wink,wink)

Doctor Who? • 7 years ago

If Muslims aren't killing us with terrorism, they're killing us with illegal narcotics.

Stan Carter • 7 years ago

Who is forcing anyone to take these illicit drugs? We are not teaching our children to not use drugs or alcohol. The problem is us for using drugs.

Doctor Who? • 7 years ago

When a person overdoses on a drug and dies that is more than their personal choice.
It affects their family and friends.
It leaves behind grieving parents and widows and orphans.

LoneShark • 7 years ago

High school kids experiment with drugs. They are given opiod pain killers that some kid steals from his parents and can sell for a few dollars a pill. Ever hear of Vicodin or Percoset? As with alcohol, some kids are not going to be able to resist forming an addiction.

strych9 • 7 years ago

And no law will stop that. Certain people have a proclivity to experiment with drugs and will do so regardless of the law.

Legalize and regulate this stuff. That's how we cut teen smoking to it's lowest level ever.

LoneShark • 7 years ago

It's highly regulated now. Is there really a big difference between something that's completely illegal or just illegal when taken without a prescription?

strych9 • 7 years ago

I'm thinking of treating it more like booze or tobacco. Legal, openly sold but discouraged by programs that tell you the real dangers of the substance. That's what brought smoking to it's lowest levels ever.

I can personally attest that I tried pot in high school specifically because I knew the DARE program was a lie and I had gotten in trouble for calling it out.

See, this is how freaking stupid we are about this: My DARE program had a story about a guy who goes home and smokes a joint. He freaks out and looks in the mirror where he sees his own reflection as a monster! So he runs to the closet, grabs a 12 gauge pump, racks one into the chamber and eats a load of buckshot.

I simply asked how they knew what he saw in the mirror if he killed himself immediately after he saw it. That didn't go over well.

The illegality of drugs is fundamentally retarded on so many levels the mind boggles that the country allows it.

I'm SICK of it • 7 years ago

I smoked pot after our school showed a movie like that because it made me more curious.
At the time, in 1966, a lot of guys I knew were coming back home from Vietnam and they were bring it back in duffel bags and cardboard boxes!

Guest • 7 years ago

Us, narcotics? Mmmm, no.

just_a_branch • 7 years ago

I can hear Hillary now..."poppies, poppies..." as she waves her wand around to put us all asleep.

badbruce • 7 years ago

I wonder how many US politicians are cutting up a fat hog on the increased opium production?

Guest • 7 years ago

Ok, this time I grazed the article.

Moral of this story appears to be:

DONT give the government gobs of cash. They change nothing.

A moral which MUST be applied to the ObamaScam: global warming/ cooling \ climate.

333888999 • 7 years ago

Did you ever hear of Washington dropping bombs on a poppy field in Afghanistan?? Fact that heroin use in the US has more than doubled since Washington went into Afghanistan means that the notion in the above article that very little comes from Afghanistan is probably CIA Nonsense!!

scarlet phoenix • 7 years ago

Thats what I'm thinking...
Opium production was on the decline in afghanistan.
Since the invasion, opium production has skyrocketed and heroin infiltration into the US has skyrocketed. Coincidence, I think not.
Who uses the most opium in the world? If you said the US, then you'd be correct.
Who makes the most money from opium imports?
Big pharma.
Where do you think pain killers come from?

freewheelinfranklin543 • 7 years ago

Most modern pain killers are synthesized. The CIA is up to their same old tricks and are smuggling heroin and selling it to American kids to finance their black projects. We live under a Narcocracy!

jnobfan • 7 years ago

NWO is in complete control

Sky Pie • 7 years ago

The CIA has always been neck deep in the drug trade. The claim by many black Amerikans that our very own government was behind the flooding of our inner cities with crack cocaine, is not as outlandish as it seems. Mena, Arkansas was a bustling hub for cocaine trade from South America, and Slick Willy was not only aware of it, but some say he and his were directly involved.
So, if these numbers regarding Afghanistan opium production are anything close to correct, one would be naive to think our feral govt is not profiting from this drug trade.
