The laws are only for peons like Petraeus, and the rest of us.
Another report out today that the Lerner emails catalogue correspondence between Elijah Cummings and the IRS regarding True The Vote. Five year jail time for (D-MD) Cummings.
Naah! Laws are only meant for peons like Petraeus.

They also need to sue Hillarys clit-licker Humma for her emails which were on the same server.

News Flash: After an exhaustive investigation by the justice Department that lasted until just after the 2016 elections it was announced there was nothing illegal about the 22,000 e-mails Hillary erased.

nobull • 9 years ago

annnd 1 day after statute of limitations ran out, all the "missing" emails were found sitting in a box on the dinning room table.

Holder's only dilemma posed by this letter will be choosing in which trash can to throw it.

cajunwarthog • 9 years ago

hillary will NEVER see anything "tarnish" her image the MSM has given her. She will "skate" on every rotten deed she and her bill has done.

sparky5253 • 9 years ago

Hillary has the scrubbing and shredding in overdrive. There will be nothing incriminating anywhere when officials come calling. Hillary also frequently used texts, which can be immediately deleted and not archived.

shadetree56 • 9 years ago

well holder only protects black people - so maybe hillary should worry.

Sue Clinton? She likely committed felonies so there needs to be a criminal investigation. But with the most lawless AG in history won't even think about it. Besides he will have his own legal issues soon to deal with

ThisObamaNation • 9 years ago

Your last sentence sounds like wishful thinking. You forgot about their Ace in the hole, it's called a Presidential Pardon.
Obama needs to be found ineligible first, that way he can't pardon anyone or sign any more executive orders.

KlugerRD • 9 years ago

Obama has to worry about whatever crimes she may have committed may draw his people and maybe him into it. In the end I am sure she and whomever would be pardoned but after Obama watches Hillary twist in the wind.

Potomac cynic • 9 years ago

"Here ya go, 55,000 emails and I assure you that those are the only relevant documents". "Thank you, Mrs Clinton. We appreciate your cooperation". BS... because of the apparent violation of federal law the FBI should be in Chapaqua right now to seize Hillary's server before there's another Lois Lerner moment.

wtd • 9 years ago

Hillary may be in deep legal distress but she's not alone...can't be...

"White House press secretary Josh Earnest acknowledged Wednesday that Clinton would have emailed White House officials on a non-government account. But the person familiar with the matter said the White House was not aware that was her sole method of email and that she wasn't keeping a record of her emails at the State Department.

Read more at http://www.wral.com/clinton...

This indicates administration awareness of her obstruction.

Also, consider:

About Hillary's Private Email Server Built to Erase Messages (But Not For Security) ... Yeah, You Guessed It, It's Owned By a Muslim Company

First, there's this:

CLINTON’S E-MAIL SYSTEM BUILT FOR PRIVACY NOT SECURITY, ALONG WITH THE ABILITY TO ERASE MESSAGES COMPLETELY

AND THEN THERE'S THIS:

To summarize: according to DomainTools.com, the domain clintonemail.com has been hosted by Confluence Networks since 12/22/2011, more than three years. Confluence Networks, based out of the British Virgin Islands, has only existed as a domain (confluence-networks.com) since April 2011, appears to be closely related to a Dubai-based media advertising firm, and has always had its domain name managed by PrivacyProtect.org, a registration privacy firm that lists addresses out of Luxembourg and Australia, but gives a phone number apparently out of Denmark, and that shows up repeatedly in connection with fraud, scam, and spam-related domains.

No, no questions or issues there.

Potomac cynic • 9 years ago

To paraphrase George H.W. Bush she's in deep doo-doo. If she never created a secure State.gov email and, according the the junior State Dept twit, Marie Harf, she never used her personal account for classified information. how did she communicate classified information to our ambassadors or other heads of state? Inquiring minds want to know.

wtd • 9 years ago
“I want the public to see my email,” she tweeted after spending the night at a gala for her family’s foundation. “I asked State to release them. They said they will review them for release as soon as possible.”

Hillary's Emails From a Government Insider...

"I work for the G. I work in the Office of the Executive Secretariat in a SMALL government agency. I'm sure many people are coming forward claiming some kind of insider knowledge, but trust me when I tell you that (low level that I was) I was one of 4 people in my agency with access to our Administrator's emails. I went through every day and sorted the emails with a color code.

Here's the thing; our Administrator, in our puny agency, averaged over 250 incoming emails each and every single day, 365 days per year.

If I read correctly, Hillary has THIRTY-SEVEN!!!!!! per day (55,000 divided by four years). "

Too late.

not being computer savy - how difficult would it be to make the real damaging e-mails disappear down a worm hole? especially given clinton's home set up. if there is no oversight i'd be flushing those babies sooner rather than later. the toughest thing for me to do then would be keep a straight face.

Holder to enforce compliance with a subpoena? Mr. Contempt of Congress?
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah.....

I'd like to see a class action civil rights suit brought against Holder and his DOJ by every white cop in this country.

And I'd like to see a suit brought against Barry Obama by every business owner in Ferguson, for his complicity in starting riots.

#ReadyFor Hilary-ToComplyw/Gowdy'sSubpoena

If the House Select Comm. on Benghazi or DOJ prevail in point #2, avoiding compliance with federal law (FRA),... then Kill can face a Felony Criminal charge/3 years in jail, as General Petraeus just escaped the full penalty for violating. Running for Potus from jail would be a feat even a Klinton can't master.

Warm up your 'Also Ran' Nags, DNC,... the betting Pool is heavy against your 'presumtive' First Entry in the '16 race.

As dozens of cabinets members were concealing their own emails the Executive branch of government was spying on members of congress.

This is a criminal conspiracy the heights of which we have never seen in our government.

Obama has the dirt on everyone. Why do you think the Dems are so easily made to vote in lockstep. The NSA is being used like the IRS. Obama's personal opposition research agency.

sparky5253 • 9 years ago

Why do you think Boehner and McConnell also vote in lockstep.

Hillary's fbi files on opponents during the reign of slick willie the worst. Media didn't feel it deserved a serious investigation, just right wing paranoia.

First of all...isn't Holder gone yet? Lynch has been confirmed. Second, Holder will do whatever Obama tells him to. If he goes after Hillary, it just means Warren has been hand picked for the Demonic nomination.

Jeff Gunn • 9 years ago

She hasn't been confirmed yet. She was approved by the Judiciary Committee, but it hasn't gone to the Senate floor yet

Knowing what we know about her already they should mop the floor with her, but they won't.

Hillary's legal responses would be as follows:

. I don't remember
. I know nothing about it
. I did nothing wrong
. Someone else is responsible for it (could have been the Benghazi video guy)
. What difference does it make?
