If they are going to check with VT Dept.of Public Service (DPS), we don't stand a chance of having these violations rectified. DPS says everything is good.

What happened in Williston on Oct.7? Morton, a Williston fireman stated "“We were aware of the fact that they were going to be doing some work there, but we were not aware of a blowoff. I don’t know if it was a planned or an unplanned release,” said Morton. “We had no knowledge of a larger blowoff.”

Beth Parent, VT Gas spokesperson, said "At no time was there a release of any kind, At no time was their a danger to the public." Yet VT Gas says this was a planned release. - Well, that makes it clear as mud.-

Chevron Phillips a chemical company that uses Mercaptan ,(The odorant they did or did not release, depending on who you ask) reports that it is ” flammable, acute toxicity when inhaled. Avoid release into the environment. If inhaled remove victim to fresh air and call a Poison Center. Material may produce a serious, potentially fatal pneumonia.”

And taking Geprag's Park; exchanging green for greed...I could go on and on. This pipeline is wrong on every level. Sorry VT Gas has spent so much time and money on it but it should Never have been allowed and it should Never be used.

Hail Mary is football term. Since this project has begun, there have been many concerns of the people in our rural neighborhood who will live with the consequences of this pipeline. We have a right to point out safety concerns. Pipeline-OSHA is the ideal group to consult with. This is not eleventh hour. Our pipeline opposition group has been in opposition the whole time. We share with people all over the world. All fracking is local. Our love for this land eternal and guides our actions and words.
