lets not forget the boardroom fraud and the many lawsuits, 3 fired IT managers, and they want to build another board room, so they let this one go to pieces, or as directed by gerorge kamenjati and the cao and ceo.. all on record, also get read the audit 2012. plus its on video want more info ask, or ask to see the invoices for over 3 million spent in the board room ( they will say on video 70K) but i know i installed it and ran it, ask about the 100k of equipment that sits in a storeroom? or the 200k in improvements, or the fired temps that know to much? every IT manager they fired got walking money, ask why we paid 5k for sigs earpiece, or when food was banned at meetings, upper managers still got it?????
Pull all purchase records for IT, boardroom,, lawsuits, and all other depts, this is minor compared to the waste, theft that goes on, read the audit 2012 it will show you how they operate. Even the chair knows about boardroom fraud but does nothing, the committee that was started to look into the matter is all upper management so the results will be in scvwd favor. . where is the over site? the managers that commit ethics violations and lie about employees? they need firing also almost every dept is guilty.

damage has been done...he will leave with a golden parachute....unfortunely for what he HAS NOT DONE...we will see the effects if we get major rain....if he is fired....his severance should be held as hostage to see how the district fairs in the upcoming rainy season and how much better is our water system....

So hats off to you bub.. Another neo-progressive who has no sense of what anything costs and is always happy to take on millions of dollars in future debt to put a bandaid on a problem he helped create.

Your name calling is getting better, but you still haven't solved the drought in California which is more than likely caused by the chem-trail spraying(indigo skyfold) that been going on for quite some time now.(which nobody is doing anything about) The supertanker idea is to make me(or whoever does it) a millionaire. (or billionaire). 70% of freshwater is in the melting glaciers.(this may be a source for the freshwater) The oil shipping companies could use a boost to their revenues. A steady flow of tankers with freshwater to each major California port would take care of immediate water needs of the people. Farming water may be another issue. Renewable energy fed desalinization plants could be used for farming water. Another party talked about a special device that can extract water out of the air moisture and not have the salt residue problem that he claims pollutes the water if the residue is injected back into the water. Go watch some more cartoons pal.

Unions and municipalities equals squabbling over politics, power and money.
Ratepayers are left with increased rates, reduced services and lack of improvement.
I contracted at the district. The general lack of ethics was joked about constantly.
The three midgets that run the IT department in descending order:
a-The idiot who came highly recommended by a senior staff member (Deputy)
b-The Spineless One (Unit Manager)
c-The Sociopath (Help Desk Supervisor)
These three abusive A**HOLES should be investigated!!!!
They are just as guilty as ANYONE at the district. I'm sure everyone is more concerned with the CEO and the larger, more exposed issues at hand. But these "men", probably handle quite a bit of the taxpayer dollars, and they, in turn, should be looked at as a department. They should be investigated for prejudice, impartial treatment of employees, nepotism, racism, falsifying documents, destroying evidence in the form of e-mails and documents, and in general: MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE TO PUT IN A LEGITIMATE 8 HOURS AND GET PAID FOR A HARD DAY WORKED!
Guys like this are on easy street at the SCVWD and it's just one cover-up after another. They know where the bodes are buried. Maybe they get a cut from the Board Room upgrades??? They are like corporate mobsters. But that would be giving them too much credit. They are like COCKROACHES, and dear Mr. District Attorney please be ready when you turn on the lights........
