Hiring black teachers and black principals didn't increase black graduation rates.

Neither did stopping expulsions of black kids for 'acting up'.

Another liberal theory and initiative bites the dust.

That's because their starting premise is flawed. Equality is a liberal social construct.

Wait. They still having excuses. The problem will solved by hiring even more Blacks that don't fulfill white admission standards.

Also, police killing more Whites would be a step in the right direction of equality.

My friend was a cop in the late 60s. He told me that when he used to give the rioting or protesting negroes a free pass, his black partner would be so upset that he let the negroes go with a slap on the wrist. He told my friend that since he is black, he knows exactly how his own negro people are. I have seen some older negroes be more hard on the younger blacks that whites would ever be.

That was my experience in the ghetto schools. The older teachers were by far the most intimidating creatures in the building, and the kids barely made a peep in those classrooms for fear the teacher would "jack them up". One such teacher (a six-foot-two, 300-pound linebacker in heels) explained to me as we were walking down the hall one morning that since the parents were basically children themselves, it was up to the older teachers to "slap some sense" into both parent and child.

As if to make her point, she then turned to a child who was walking by just then (not so much as making eye contact at us) and shouted at him out of nowhere, "EXCUSE ME...DID YOU SPEND THE NIGHT AT MY HOUSE LAST NIGHT?"

The boy's eyes got huge, as he froze in place and stammered a terrified, "G..g...good morning, Mrs Thomas."

Satisfied, Ms Thomas smiled her most charming smile and replied, "Why, good morning to you, Renard." As he scurried away, she turned to me and said, "See? No home trainin'. We got to be the Momma AND the Daddy to these young 'uns."

(I made a mental note that day to ALWAYS greet Ms Thomas before she greeted me first.)

I was interviewed by a school that had recently gone to the blacks. Most of the whites moved out. The two Negresses that interviewed me were scary looking. one just kept staring at me and asked me questions about what i would do if someone brought a gun to class.

More Blacks are shot by police than Whites -- because Blacks don't have the intelligence to understand attacking or fighting with a police officer stopping them for cause -- could be hazardous to their health!

It's called social "defiance" for white mans' law. Remember, blacks have declared war on whites many times.

It's true. They were advocating that nonsense back in the late 80s when I was still teaching in the ghetto. In fact, that was also the rationale my principal used for cheating on the CRCT test (which I'm still amazed it took the public another few decades to finally catch on).

He saw the test as a way to scam more money from the government, and made veiled threats to us that we'd be out of a job if our classes "did poorly" (I.e. if we refused to cheat). The test itself was just "white man's rules" that had no real value apart from the revenue it afforded the school in entitlements.

More black cops is not the answer.

Fewer black criminals is the answer.

Lock them up, throw away the key.

The answer I think is to go back to punitive punishments. For example. The weather here has turned nasty. Well, 24hrs in the stocks outdoors will cure most people of whatever nasty business they're up to. For worse offenses, whipping would be in order. The punishments would increase in violence with the crimes, up to and including execution. But even executions could be made more and more painful accordingly with the fiendishness of the crime.

Absolutely. My husband is fond of pointing out that violent crime would all but disappear if we went back to public hangings on the courthouse steps.

Keep the key, throw them away.

There's certainly hope for Trump, but they only way you will every see affirmative action end in the US will be to ask for it for yourself. Black police officers do not suffer a white liberal guilt complex. They know how dangerous black men can be, and that their lives may depend on shooting now and asking questions later.

Since it's impossible to control for all variables, here's another theory:

In jurisdictions where the police department is less than 40% black, it's more likely to be a meritocracy, where the blacks have to earn their way onto the force. Once a jurisdiction reaches the tipping point, standards go out the window, and police give up on enforcing the law.

To think there could be >40% without criminal violation records would be an anomaly.

We are coming to this ridiculous outcome that the Police need to kill more whites and less blacks regardless of whether they deserve it or not, till the statistic will be in accord with the narrative that whites and blacks are equal in regards to crime.

One should doubt the results of their study. Eight years of a black man in the highest office did not reduce black crime or black poverty. Instead there was more black grievance, black rioting and black looting.
