Maybe put down the journey home book and pick up a Srimad Bhagawatam,or for those with "less time" pick up Brahmacharya in Krishna Consciousness by Bhakti Vikasa Swami, and turn to Brahmacharya reader (quotes from Srimad Bhagawatam and Srila Prabhupada) I think you will learn a lot about Vedic civilization and the meaning of sanyasi. Or just look of how Chaitanya Mahaprabhu was strict with people in renounced order of life who had any contact with women.

Sannyasis have no business doing daily chat about practical issues with their female secretaries. We don't find Bhaktisiddhanta doing daily short chats with women. And we don't find such behaviour in Srila Prabhupada.

Sannyasi should not chat with woman for 15 years for any reason. Quotes you provided are about anger, not about sannyasi-women association:

Now you see. Where all these problems are coming from. She has a PHD in Vaisnava literature. Why is that people who have PHD's in Vedic studies from mundane universities always create disturbances in Vaishnava Society? Because their heart get polluted by listening to their professors. Prabhupada was travelling all the time, and since women didn't travel with him, I find it hard to believe that he had long conversations with particular female disciple for extended period of time. It's not physically possible since all his servants and secretaries were male.

If Prabhupada traveled around India for a few months with a crew of 10 devotees, few of them being women, that doesn't really count as intimate association. Chatting alone with Swami for 15 years is improper and trying to pin it to Prabhupada is really crazy idea.
