i'm sorry but your food tips clash with your supplements tips.
do you know how a bcaa looks like? wasn't it made in a lab? how many hands did it pass? did you pluck it from the ground?

I think you are spot on. The only thing I would disagree with is eating many small meals throughout the day. What is your opinion on Intermittent Fasting? I think there are plenty of studies (I've done a little research and tried it myself), that show it is helpful. Especially when the goal is to lose weight. Just curious on your thoughts on IF.

Several small meals allows your body enough allotted time to properly digest the nutrients available in the food you eat. It's also very counter intuitive to starve your body to lose weight. The reason being, if you deprive your body it will expect to be deprived on a regular basis and then work over time by packing on fat to make up the difference. You will gain weight because your body is automatically set to provide in the instance of starvation. It very simply goes into panic mode and begins to prepare for the worst with every meal you eat. Eating small meals regularly tells your brain, I'm not hungry anymore in the moment, while also telling your body there is a regular supply of food coming in.

I think you hit it dead on, I constantly am hearing people say don't eat that or drink this blah, blah,..
Then I catch myself wanting to do or try what I heard but I'm a creature of habit and stick to what I know and works for me .Like you said during the workout you can really tell if your eating habits are a plus or a dead weight. ..thank you your info truly makes me feel good and know that I'm doing something right
