Glad that you received your groceries, and that you were on the list.
Cartoon: My father informed family of what happened on that sad day, like it was yesterday. So horribly sad.
The 19th: How wonderful that Ms. Su is nominated for the lead position for the U.S. Labor Department! Kudos!
DU: O.M.G. The list gets longer and longer....how horribly sad !!!
FFT: Speaks volumes and truth from Ms. Gorman.

TJI: "I’ve talked to my friends in NYC. No one there is afraid of Trump or his followers. He’s a bully without a pulpit. A weak and pitiful man." ~ George Takei ~
2. "In other news today…Finland joining NATO is a big blow to Putin This is not what he envisioned when he thought he was going to weaken and divide NATO and the west when he invaded Ukraine."
~ Jen Psaki ~
3. "A federal judge has ruled that Llano County officials must again offer books they previously removed from the public library system and allow them to be checked out again. ~ Texas Tribune ~

TJI #3 - Ron DeSantis: "Looks like Florida is going to have to show those Texans how book banning is done right."

TJI #2 - Yes, i saw that, and very glad to see it. That happened very fast after Türkiye withdrew its
objection. It more than doubled the length of the sharedborder between NATO and Russia. And Putin may not have expected it - but he definitely asked for it.
I saw that too. Good for the judge, and good for theTExas Tribune.

It's always so nice when things go as planned.

What a landmark sweatshop case tells us about Julie Su’s approach to labor
That this happened in 1995 is utterly embarrassing.

Just learned that NBC is projecting Janet Protasiewicz as the winner in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race by a margin of 57.5% to 42.5%. Even if there are some votes out, that is a commanding margin. This means we are on track to get Wisconsin back to the sane side of the aisle. You can breathe again.

Cartoon: Tragic day in history.
The 19th: Julie Su seems like a hard working woman, who would do great as our Secretary of Labor.
DU: Awful to see how many school shooters there's been.
Food for Thought: So true.
Glad that your groceries came in. It's too bad that some items you need are out of stock. Hopefully they'll get them in soon.
I had to go see my doctor about my right shoulder. He put in for an MRI.
Take care. Thanks Joanne

Enjoy! You may have to mark this near-perfect order day on your calendar, Joanne. From what I've read here over time, it's unlikely to repeat itself any time soon.

Cartoon: Not only are MAGAts trying to erase dates like this from history, the media's obsession with the Defendant's court case pushes everything else to the background.

19th: Sounds like Biden has made a carefully considered an appropriate choice in his nomination of Julie Su for Secretary of Labor.

DU: Please tell me this list isn't real and that it isn't added to while I type this...

FFT: The repetitive, callous dismissal under the guise of thoughts and prayers shows the inhumanity of a growing group of people.
