Why are there not recipes for this stuff? I get, it's better to eat when you are there and that's the whole point, but damn, I'd like to make some of this stuff because it sounds delicious! : )

Totally missed Sisig & Tapsilog/Longsilog/Tocilog... Those are essential. I do miss puto though!
