Well Noah honestly when I read your article before I canceled mine maybe a couple weeks prior to your news letter warning about the potential scam and then I believe I complained that I never even received my refund. Well not even a week later I get my refund and I to have been getting update emails from Freedom Phone. I think what happened was they have been so slammed more then likely unprepared and did not expect the response they got and then I can only imagine the legal hoops and just everything really that they had to go through. Anyway very positive I hope their success continues and who knows maybe I can convince my wife to let me get one and possibly get her off her Apple Phone.

I considered buying one of these phones, until I realized that many of my apps, that I paid for, would probably not work on this phone. They had no clear answers for me, so I realized, this is not the phone for me. I have used Motorola phones for years, and have been very happy with them.

Cancelled mine. They charged my credit card on 9/5/2021 when I ordered. I kept getting "updates", which started to feel like I was being strung along. At the end of December I sent an email stating I either wanted my money back or a phone within the next 7 business days. They immediately refunded my money and it got put back on my credit card within a few days. I've heard that folks ordering via PayPal were having trouble getting a refund, but I cannot confirm. While charging for the product at order time isn't illegal, it's definitely bad form when not shipping for months. Maybe if Freedom Phone gets their crap together at some point, and I can see a lot of good reviews that don't appear "bot-ish", I might reconsider, but until then, I'll keep my money.

Where its made is not important if it comes with specific features such as being cheap.
Note that more than 50% of a phone cost comes from the microprocessors that are made in USA.

I finally got a scam comment.
I thought it is always send only to good comments. Maybe I hit a nerve somewhere. Great. :-)
