Thank you for sharing this article! I've found fruits and veggies are crucial! I've experiences Juice Plus which is 30 dehydrated fruits and veggies in a capsule or chew-able! They really helped bridge the gap of nutrients between the fruits and veggies I couldn't eat every day like spinach and pomegranates for example!
