Uses laptop parts instead of tablet parts for battery, cooling, and,screen.

Usually the larger form factor allows less dense design with more features.
Also, the OS has a desktop style UI.

if i were microsoft i would focus my Windows ARM devices on works by plugging in a smartphone in it

basically like a slot for your phone to go into and then uses the phone for all the processing, slap a huge a s s battery in the chassis that powers the monitor and i/o and charges the phone if you want
