Why would Buhari congratulate a country which has given their people the freedom to determine their future when the same president of Nigeria has refused to accede to the demand for convocation of National Sovereign Conference, which will usher in a true federalism? Nigeria is heading towards the down side stride, but those benefiting from this skewed federation are not giving heed to calls for the operation of true federal system of government.
