Well oh my goodness. Perfect. I’ve always hated black coffee because it’s so bitter. But I’m sick and don’t want to have milk, so I came on here as I knew you would know how to do it properly!! Just made a long black by your instructions and it’s delicious 😍

This is actually an Americano because the water was added to the espresso coffee. For a long black, add the espresso to the water instead. This preserves the crema on top.
