It was a good thing that there was no damage done to the water system but Iran must not be let to get away with this attempt, which, had it worked, could have been disastrous!

alpcns . • 3 years ago

Time for some more "mishaps" in Iran, guys. Bigger ones.

LJ • 3 years ago

The beleaguered and brutalised people of Iran are doing their bit here. They must topple the satanic mullahs that oppress them. Godspeed!

Cheryl Detar • 3 years ago

I think, they are doing that, with the recent explosions.

Robert291047 • 3 years ago

Another cyber attack on civilian water supply should be met with an attack on Iran’s oil infrastructure or their tanker shipping.

SF • 3 years ago

This is another act of war on the part of Iran. What else could you call it? Time to openly declare war with Iran. This could be helpful not only to clarify the issue for Israelis but as means for other countries to declare war against their cyber-enemies (e.g. US vs. China and Russia). It's time to stop pussyfooting around.

Barry Hirst • 3 years ago

I think a stealth war will be the better way. Less harm to the innocent. Target their top brass and equipment. Equip the Iranian rebels, sink large ships in their waterways and then go for the nuclear facility. Easier said than done but my views.

SF • 3 years ago

I understand your point. I'm not saying that Israel should declare war and then send in the Air Force, etc. I'm thinking that by continuing this situation under the official radar war that Israel-Iran lives under, that truth and clarity is lost. I believe that when hostility is this obvious, a resolution must be attempted. The first thing to do is to state the truth and not hide behind a fog of disingenuous words. Iranian leaders have made its intent very clear and they should be held to their words or be forced to back away.

Barry Hirst • 3 years ago

Well said!!

Cheryl Detar • 3 years ago

Wonder if, they realize that, their friends in Gaza, get THEIR water from Israel?

Ringgo1 • 3 years ago

They don't care about their "friends" in Gaza, except to use them to attack Israel. The mullahs will easily give up their Gaza "friends" whenever it is advantageous to them.

Conservative American • 3 years ago

It's time for Israel to stop playing Footsy. Close down Iran's entire infrastructure; No electricity, Water, Sewage,
Internet, Food. Then sit back and watch Iranians overthrow The Mullahs.

naftali216 • 3 years ago

Causing a water supply to add too much hlorine to the water is a 'chemical attack' which is a violation of the international law. Yet, there was no world outcry by the UN, no sanctions by the UN, and no condemnation by the UN. If Israel did such a thing the UNSC would be up in arms about it!! But, there's no bias at the UN....bullcrap!!!

mrtambourineman • 3 years ago

Tooshay!

AJL • 3 years ago

Israel should target the Ayatollahs toilets and make them overflow and flood their buildings with their drek.

mrtambourineman • 3 years ago

LOL!

Mark Wilson • 3 years ago

If the Iranians are not careful, Israel might just end up annexing their land after they trounce them kinetically....

Bro. Nick Nicholas • 3 years ago

How very thankful I personally am for "Israel's" being able to continue in their constantly advancing operational Technologies for the ongoing protection of their people and their country
- However - I do personally pray that thanksgiving will be made - and the true credit given unto "the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of ISRAEL" (1 Samuel 17:45 ~AV~KJV)
- For "the words of truth" written in Psalm 121:4 [AV] need to always be remembered :
"Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep."

Bill Simon • 3 years ago

I predict another big BOOM coming soon to Iran. Iran really need to stop irritating Israel - they are no match.

Eli Willner • 3 years ago

I fail to understand why in a country as vulnerable as Israel, critical infrastructure like the water system (or power, communications, etc.) is accessible through a public network like the Internet.

18_18 • 3 years ago

Iran should not damage scarce water supplies. They need them to fight the fires in Iran on their ships.

Alan Bly • 3 years ago

Israel's capabilities far exceed Iran's. For whatever damage Iran even so much as try to inflict on Israel with "cyber-warfare", Israel should respond 100-fold. Iran will not abandon its efforts to harm Israel but Israel can make it very clear to Iran that cyber-warfare will not be a battlefield on which it can accomplish anything at all and instead will suffer huge bruises that will make the mullahs look even worse than they already do.

blog2038 • 3 years ago

Oh $h!t, there goes the Iranian infrastructure.

Hy Finegold • 3 years ago

Attacking the water supply of people is "causa belli" an act of war. Our military needs to "nip this in the bud". an EMP over Tehran might get their attention.

AniTzioni • 3 years ago

Nuke the place now - don't wait for more harm that can be done to Israel. The more of these swine perish, the better for the entire world. Be sure to target all their nuclear areas, as well as the seat of government when a full government meeting is taking place!

As usual, the arab nature is a very surreptitious one. One will not openly do anything that would hurt him. ( unless brain-washed and lied to to blow up a vest. Only fools do that). A Saudi journalist could tell you a lot about that, but....! The a..hole in charge, khameini, is a perfect example of that nature. He lives well, surrounded by his armed forces, his ministers, who will deflect anything that could come up to endanger him. I remember Khomeini in Paris. Khameini will cut off electricity to his people to pay the tribute to the murderers of Israeli lives. To pay for the building of atomic weapons, while the Iranians are begging for food. It is hard to do anything to the Iranian cadre while keeping the Iranian people from harm.

There must always be a consequence to aggressive, unprovoked behavior. God will be with His people, I will be with His people and as long as Donald Trump is the President of the United States, this country (USA) will be with His people. No Brainer !!!

If they succeeded in injecting too much chlorine, they could revrse it after you croak. They they would flush the pipes.

Guest • 3 years ago
Dajjal • 3 years ago

If they can find the server, back engineer the ladder logic and edit it to increase the injection rate, they can also reverse the hack.

Guest • 3 years ago
Dajjal • 3 years ago

Industrial processes are controlled with PLC controllers using ladder logic. Sensors measure important parameters decisions are made, stepper motors work the valves and new measurements are taken. Lists of hex numbers can be edited and the edits can be reversed. Doing it requires knowledge of the hardware and software involved.

The case at hand is chlorine injection into water mains. It can be modulated and chlorine gets flushed and dissipates.

If someone hacks a refinery leading to an oil spill, that will make a mess or worse. There are many ways to make mischief and Muslims are experts at finding them.

In the age of hackers, leaving plc systems accessible through urls is the Acme of stupidity. No medical system, water system, or energfy distribution system should be on line!!!

Battles/wars are not won by countries waiting to be attacked. Enough is enough!

rar113 • 3 years ago

If Iran were off-line, they would not be vulnerable to cyber-attack from outside. It's a two-way street, and as long as we're much better at the game, keep them on-line!

It would be nice to explode a bunker buster on the heads of the Mullahs.

Accoglienza, operatore sconfessa Governo: “Pieno di delinquenti, alto rischio contagio” – VIDEO

Luglio 17, 2020

Siamo sempre in allerta». Quando chiediamo chi sono queste persone
arriva la risposta da parte di un operatore. «Sono tutti delinquenti – chiarisce -, gente che viene qui non certo per lavorare. In tanti ci dicono che vogliono andare in Francia».

didn't think Iran was that smart since they are nothing but 15 century animal in their thinkings.

IRAN has a lot of technology. It is a huge country and a leadership vested in hate.
