Watch in vain for anything - from TD or other propaganda sources - which even strays from capitalist party lines and offers radical critique of a social system in which people's political imagination is held captive.

A President Bernie Sanders might be the right person to ensure reparations to blacks for slavery. Read on:

At this moment couldn't get any version of the video to load and play. No matter:

"The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice."--MLK

Actually it has nothing to do with morality but the Law of Cause and Effect which accommodates proper applications of Energy but negatively compensates for misapplications of Energy. And like any disease, these misapplications all pile up to a tragic catastrophe of consequences when continued and unreconciled. And America's "pile of unattended s''t " is now brimming over to bury it! And not amount of machinations to deceive, and suppress, Consciousness to the masses will ultimately matter for nothing can circumvent THAT which is already curved.

This is what happens when you have a diseased part of humanity ever at war with the planet and all that it has given us from Energy that cannot be created nor destroyed! For the "dim lights" of humanity may postpone the future demise of this abomination but they cannot stop it.

Most of us know how well the very rich are doing but Bernie continues to avoid a serous discussion of how much the non-rich will pay for his multi-trillion dollar programs. Who does Bernie identify as the non-rich? Western Europe went after the rich to finance its social programs but learned that the rich were not rich enough to pay for it all, and Bernie's programs appear to be more generous than theirs. Sweden's top tax rate of 55 percent starts with individuals earning $47,000 which is in no way, a wealthy income. They (and other countries) also pay a payroll tax and a Value Added Tax of up to 21%, regardless of income. He has got to stop talking in generalities and how well the 1% are doing and start giving specifics.

Great speech, Loved it, I don't understand why the Democratic party got so sick that they abandoned their ideals, or maybe they never had them. They should be supporting Sanders. Instead they play games with Trump and waste so much time and energy...

TDS is a very debilitating disorder - and it runs rampant on the left.

Immigration and "free trade" destroyed the middle class. It doesn't have one jot or tittle to do with how much "the rich" pay in taxes. LOL! Explain how that works! Immigration and "free trade" are pushed to destroy wages. Taxing someone else that you envy will not help you.

You can call me J • 4 years ago

You are wrong, Dave. Our governmental employment balanced our economy. Republicans defunded the most important part of our society. This is why there is no “JOBS BILL”.

jd2021 • 4 years ago

Envy has nothing to do with it. It's simply a matter of equilibrium. Why don't you go ahead and explain why a millionaire or billionaire pays less a percentage of their income in taxes than does the average working-person? Not to mention reams of other favoritism. Take your party-hat off. because you're both right, as ALL of those factors and more have contributed to the current economic disparities. David Cay Johnston (a registered Republican, not that it should matter), is an expert in tax-policies and it's history, and wrote an illuminating book called "Free Lunch." You should probably read it.

DaveHolden • 4 years ago

A millionaire or billionaire may pay less in percentage but way MORE IN TAXES. But even that is unfair. Why should they pay more? It is essentially un-American. It is taxation without representation. The Founders even stated in the Constitution that the only legal DIRECT tax is one that is apportioned. Everyone should pay the same AMOUNT.

You can call me J • 4 years ago

He can’t. He’s been lied to.

Global Warming. The threat all the world except for America understands.

DaveHolden • 4 years ago

No one really understands it. And the attempt to make it "sciency" and to browbeat those who question their mantra only makes me more suspicious of their goals. It is a huge money and power grab. The disproportionate focus on the US rather than China and India, too, is troubling. Seems more like stealth globalism.

Robert • 4 years ago

About 2000 scientific papers incorrectly used data published 10 years ago. Global warming is not the emergency the experts are claiming. https://www.bbc.com/news/sc...

Lorenzo • 4 years ago

The "heck" we don't understand it. What planet are you living on? Ask the Australians about drought brought on by climate change. Or the billion innocent animals burned alive in Australia. Or Puerto Rico, and, and, and! More than that, ask the global community of climatologists about the change in our global, oceanic changes. America has much to be responsible for under "dumb-stick" and his administrators for getting out of the Paris Climate Accords. Irrational folks like you make me wonder if you are merely a troll. The problem these days is one simply does not know anymore...which, by the way, is one more reason for adhering to the facts.

Dave • 4 years ago

Ask Australians about the nearly 200 arsonists they arrested.

moonchild2 • 4 years ago

Dave, extremely misleading. I researched what you had to say about the numbers of arsonists arrested. What I found was that, yes, Australia does have arsonists. However, the 200 number you stated includes those who "merely" (no such thing as merely) tossed a cigarette to the ground. Too many others to mention here. The larger point made by my research has to do with climate change, drought and that given these two circumstances, it made it soooo much easier for lightning strikes to cause the two biggest, greatest fires in the history of Australia. This BS coming from Trump Jr., (sociopathic lying runs genetically in the Trump family) is also another distortion of the truth...and FACTS. Pax. Thanks for your reply.

Hey wait a minute ! Only 98% of scientists think it's real AND our genius POTUS says it's a Chinese hoax - it's likely the RUSSIANS !

DaveHolden • 4 years ago

" Only 98% of scientists think it's real" This sort of low-IQ, bumper-sticker dishonest mantra convinces me this needs to be opposed. And I'm sure China is cheering for it. It will benefit them and harm us.

You silver-tongued narrator. Bare in mind that it took mother earth millions of years to reach the homeostasis of our time. Tell the Polar Bears about how much CO2 there was on earth millions of years ago., and see if they give a s--- about your argument...as their way of survival melts away. You have got to agree, unless you are a troll and would not care what I write, that man's destruction of the ecosystems, you know, burning the Amazonian forest to the ground, has to be the direct cause of ecosystems failures. Enough! Writing to folks like you causes me to be overly suspicious about trollers...working for the Trump administration, or, Putin. And geeeeez, spare me the picture of number 2 man on Choen's list of criminals.

BERNIE IS WAY TOO POLITE.

Jamie • 4 years ago

Bernie is cowardly lion. He got screwed again in Iowa. What a coward! Can't the befuddled sparkle pony speak up for himself?

Jamie • 4 years ago

Bernie is a coward. He knew the Russia hoax was McCarthyism, but played along with it. He knew the Ukraine hoax was about hiding the Bidens' corruption, but he played along with the fake impeachment. Only Tulsi has the guts to speak up against the McCarthyite democrats.

"If you’re sick of the new McCarthyism and warmongering by Hillary and her cohorts, then join our campaign."

- Tulsi Gabbard (D)

I share some of your criticisms of Sanders and wish he would be more forceful.. It sure doesn't seem he can be nominated unless he directly responds to these attacks and sabotage.

Bassy Kims of Yesteryear • 4 years ago

Gee, wonder if Sanders' campaign speeches for Buttigieg will be this "powerful"?

JustAMaverick1 • 4 years ago

I ask you this....Where is Bernie Sanders powerful response to the intentional Chaos by Design that utterly screwed him in Iowa??? Is he that massively a wimp or is he compromised? Either way, the American people are totally screwed and we will have 4 more years of Trump. They will never let Bernie win no matter what...and worse, he will be okay with that....

Natural_Texan • 4 years ago

It seems like you may well be correct.

sanders described Hugo Chavez as "a dead dictator"---perhaps he will support Guaido for US president or ask him to be his VP

It appears the overt Dem corruption is making the Repubs seem like the honorable don (no pun intended) in the neighborhood. Oh, and I guess this pre-season electoral charade is the practical effect of "practical" politics courtesy of our lesser-evilists.

Note to all you liberal Bern supporters- you sure you want to waste more colossal energy, and $27, on this sick parade? I guess the donkey addicts gonna keep going back for more.

He's compromised, of course. Utterly, terminally compromised.
