My word, loveholidays actually found a member of staff to actually say something to someone! All your customers have rumbled you now, Ryanair have refunded you tens of millions, but we have only seen 4% of it returned to the rightful owner. Ah well, we can go directly to Ryanair from now on to get it. Oh, and your business model is dead in the water - we will book hotels direct and air travel too, as it has been much easier for customers to get their money back directly!
