I am not sure they are very liquid.
Friends of mine had trip booked early April, and after flights were cancelled by Thai, and FCO guidance changed, cancelled the trip.
Refund was promised for July, after first blaming Thai for not refunding, even though they were.
A couple of weeks before expected refund, unsolicited refund credit voucher issued and sent to customer, with 31Mar21 expiry date. So refund now next year!
Must be terrible working there, turning down all the requests for refunds. How do they expect people to rebook with them? My friends want money back so they can rebook elsewhere. They don't trust FC anymore.
