The clients contract is with OTA and not a third party supplier but sympathies with the carriers as an ''across the board'' refund in which they also refund their profits would most probably lead to insolvency. Clients who paid cash (debit cards) should be refunded immediately as this is a direct hit on their account. Credit cards can afford to wait as this is borrowed money. Ryanair have my money paid by debit card and have politely told me to get stuffed.
