One word that wasn't mentioned in this session was people! Acquiring, hiring and retaining talented employees must be key here. But, to drive optimal levels of success, Awaze needs engaged, high-performing employees. Look at what "great" looks like, align your talent management with company strategy, and then define consistent leadership criteria. I did put my hand up to ask Henrick what his talent strategy looked like, but we ran out of time.
