Following the experience I have just had with one of Booking.com's
new apartments, i would say avoid at all costs, or at least until their
vetting system and processes have improved. I had a series of events go
wrong, from over booking to last minute relocations, being charged
twice, delaying of refunds, illegal locks, and terrible customer
service. I don't think i've ever experienced anything quite like it
before.

Seems they now have the volume but not the customer service to match!
