I've paid a deposit for my Just you four day break in August this year, but am worried that because they've been taken over that the holiday might not exist anymore and worried about paying for the rest of the holiday - any one out there with legal advice?

Looks like G Adventures have a good reputation. Don't let a singles holiday company go to the wall - book and support Just You. I'm off to do just that, right now - Namibia here I come!

Always had a great time with these guys. In respect of our up and coming holiday with Travelsphere we have had our email with our new Certificate and invoice and Nothing has changed as far as I can see. Looks like we are on for another great time with them this summer. And by the way anyone not sure where to go this year try the Golden west tour........AMAZING

But you have booked with a safe tour operator. The Travelsphere brand has been taken over by one of the best in the business and your holiday still exists.

Travelsphere is essentially now unaffected and the same people you are booking with in Market Harborough are still there.

Let's spare a thought for those customers booked on other brands who are not so fortunate as well as staff members who have been made redundant.

We have had no communication from Travelsphere regarding anything about this despite the fact we booked our holiday over six months ago. Apparently the company was put up for sale ten months ago. We have holidayed with Travelsphere for over 25 years and only received the latest brochure this week. Given the circumstances over All Leisure Group's failure I believe the associated brands will be tainted as "at risk" and we sincerely wish we could get our deposit back from Travelsphere and book with a safe tour operator

I was supposed to be going to Canada and the rocky mountaineer, I have just cancelled this holiday, as I feel very let down with Just You holidays, like other people have said, we booked with Just You or travelsphere not With the company who have taken over, so on this note I think they should offer some compensation for losing our deposit or return all if our deposit.

Also, I believe one of the articles states that all customers will receive a nee ATOL certificate, so I'm sure Travelsphere are in the process of doing this.

If you read what the Administrators have said .....
"The cruise operations have been significantly loss-making over a number of years and the ongoing cost of funding these operations by the tours operations has created significant cash issues for the entire group"
It clearly indicates that the tours business were profitable and keeping the Cruise businesses afloat (pun intended!), so you should deduce from this that the tours businesses are a very very safe business, especially now they are owned by G Adventures. Travelsphere will not let you down!

Your money is ATOL and ABTA protected.
If you enjoy holidaying with Travelsphere; now is the time to support them instead of letting another beloved brand go under.
