I agree it's a great article. Also operators & agents alike also need to take into account what market they are in. If you are in the luxury, high end bespoke market you can find that your January sales are impacted by the fact that the majority of your customers are currently overseas in the Middle East, Caribbean, Cruises etc. Importance of Welcome Home Calls is imperative to capture these customers as soon as they get home. So for some agents peaks won't begin until end January beginning of February.
