Im am disgusted with Ryanairs responsethey have not even tild us until the last minute! We have been waiting three hours while two people from ryanair are behind the counter. They have not done anything to help the situation! In fact made it worst. No apology ryan air employees laughing what is that a out?!?! This is the worst service I will be taking this to Twitter and I would NEVER recommend ryanair! Im so disgusted as we are travelling with a child and still waiti g to talkto someone and not one person has kept us informed even come out to apologise!

Your travelling with a child? Cool story. That's your choice. it doesn't make you more important than other travellers. People who CHOOSE to travel with children need to get over themselves.
