IGLU Travel Agent were very good in booking a cruise/ holiday. There ''After Care '' was very bad when we had problems in Japan and needed new flights. We were told by an answer machine that the office for ''after care'' is only Open from: 10 am to 4 pm. We never got anywhere with Iglu after care. We were stranded at the Airport in Tokyo with having a flight from Tokyo to Dubai , But NO onward flight was booked. We have written to Iglu 10 days ago and have Not had a reply as yet. We felt very much ''let down''. We are over 70 years old and hoped we would be looked after if we had problems.
Let down by IGLU pre-booked Taxi from Los Angeles airport, taking us over three hours to clear immigration (four different officials told us we were unlucky the norm was only two hours plus) cab and driver had been and gone. Had to pay $70 for local cab, why do Iglu book a service that is unlikely to be useable, as drivers will only wait 90 minutes?
