I have no love of Which, however you cannot deny the misinformation many airlines and travel companies spread when they were trying to avoid meeting their legal requirements on refunds. How many times did they mislead customers over whether they were entitled to refunds, then how long it would take to get them, then fobbing them off with credit notes?
To be fair, I think a lot of us dismiss anything Which? says.
