With 75% of passengers booking direct they are well on their way to 100% and this is their ultimate objective. Servicing a travel agent does not justify the cost. With commission - road rep costs - brochures - trade advertising - point of sale - by going direct exclusively, they could probable reduce the selling price by close to 20%. This is definitely on their radar.
