TW are you sure the UK Gov base the 10000 figure on 7 day cumulative? The ECDC seems to use a 14 day cumulative figure, which makes for sense considering the incubation period is 14 days.

Would also explain why Portugal is still on the Q list as at 14 days they have a rate of 25.7.

British government doing an excellent job and putting health before wealth. Clearly its main responsibility is to its British citizens and NOT whether they can go on holiday. Any advice - like it or not - is from the experts appointed to give it sound advice.
