How much of this drop is attributable to the actions of airlines, operators and agents? The precipitous loss of trust that if holidays are cancelled or FCO advice changes customers will get their money back will take years to overcome. The pandemic is to blame. Yes I'm sure the government and others are doing their best in very difficult circumstances. Here in Australia we have a lower prevalence of the virus yet the travel is decimated. My heart goes out to the UK travel industry and to those effected by this damn virus
