It is tough times for British Airways and for all airlines. It is all about survival at the moment. With very little money coming in some thing has to be done. The trick is how do you make it painless as possible, not an easy task.

I haven't used BA since 1991. Lousy service for too many years when they had monopolies when I was travelling for business. Why should I pay premium prices for poor service. My european shorthaul needs are well serviced by easyJet, Ryanair and Wizz Air. I'm a Yorkshireman, long memory...
