Wow, I've heard it all now. Travel companies blacklisting customers who didn't understand them and what they were going through. Now just where do these companies get their business from? That would be customers - who let's not forget paid for services not received and were just seeking their legal entitlements. And you wonder why few tears are shed for the industry.
Well as a customer I can assure you Its DIY for me. So much easier and more convenient than bothering with travel agents, especially as they still not refunding for holidays cancelled.
its not the agents which are holding your money its the tour operator / Airline !!!
Sorry but friends booked direct with tour operator and we booked via travel agent, tour operator refunded, travel agent still coming up with excuses as to why not refunded!
A consumer - you're wasting your time, they just don't get it.
