It is impossible to compare emissions per passenger on individual routes unless you have load factor data for those routes. I'm not aware that such data is publicly available. Indeed there are obvious competitive reasons why it wouldn't be. Clearly the most efficient jet flying half full would emit more CO2 per passenger than a much older aircraft flying full. To make fair comparisons you would also have to take into account weather conditions, overall and cargo weights and runway congestion, which could vary according to schedules. Does anyone seriously believe the research went that deep?
