If everything runs to plan on your hoilday/cruise - great. If not god help you if you need to communicate to their "Customer Sevices" - absolute ineptness and incompetence are the order of the day!!

try applying for a job and receive an e mail some weeks later stating you were unsuccessful at the telephone interview stage....only problem is you never received the telephone call..... was told by an x HR person from Virgin Holidays it is an automated system so some low life presses the wrong button and your career move is over.......

as a result will have nothiong to do with this company again and ensure I tell everyone...

Don't rate Virgin Hols. Want the booking then the aftersales is a joke. Not even a uk call centre so they don't seem to care. Not so much a Rock Star Service from point of booking!
