Hell of a lot of respect for John and the whole Hays team, however the parts of the industry that still use words like "staff", please move on from this - I personally find that word very troubling and just not representative of what employees are these days - "Colleagues" is a much more conducive and supportive word. We're either all in it together, as equal weighted Colleagues or we're not as Staff awaiting direction and instruction.
