There was a heartening interview with the Hays on the BBC1 One Show on Tuesday evening. Great that they have such good values and treat their staff with respect and dignity!
That will change, Hays have taken on such an exposure it s simply frightening - watch.
Respect and dignity?? There’s a store near me that has staff sat there with paper handmade signs, no computers and no telephone line. Can’t even make any bookings but that’s ok, it’s been reopened! How soul destroying must that be? Add to that, opening stores around already established Hays branches is putting those under threat. Don’t make me laugh, all a publicity stunt that will no doubt end in let down for so many people....I bet that’s not reported on though.
