TUI should start looking after its customers, in excess of 55 days now waiting for a flight delay agreed compensation cheque- Yes you read correct, a cheque !
Not a bad set of results considering, also market-reset in play, disposal of non-core, the max issue was always going to bite hard, however I can't see a future situation where they wont be getting that value back, even if as a discount on future orders (ryanair approach). All the results have been muddled (intentionally) up for yet another year - no doubt to hide something else. However, given the current state of the market (both UK and Germany) this is a very positive set of numbers.
