David Schelp would say this onbehalf of his company TUI who would far prefer if CUSTOMERS were to book extras through activities and excursions companys that they now own and charge far more for them than if the Customer bought them in Resort. And once again the industry quotes figures from research that no one outside the industry can see to prove that its true. The every day Customer would i am sure much prefer the quality of accommodation, quality of food and the location of the resort as the main priority above all other things.
