why dont the shareholders offer to put the money in per Connect Airways and sack the Top Management - This appears to be blackmail by the Management who should of been more open with their major investors so they were offered a part of the carve up that has taken place.
I think the Shareholders should call their bluff and let them try and wind the company up
This is becoming a bit of a joke, isn't it?. As a customer, I'd suggest Flybe investors to keep fighting for transparency. Management though, in an ideal world, should be answering for their acts before a fair judge.
Also, as a personal note, I think BA should make of Flybe, the regional-focused airline they need to feed their LHR and LGW hubs.
One more tip, what if BA created a third hub at an airport with more slots availability and access to that part of the UK that's not orbiting around London? Maybe somewhere closer to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland? Let's say Manchester, for instance...?
