Karen is spot on. Azamara is okay as a brand, but the support and call centre is just the worst. My team hate selling Azamara, it’s such a pain in the backside.

Easier to do business??? Your Guatamala call centre is a disgrace. It took us 45 minutes recently to do a name change! The Azamara product is okay, but everything pre and post cruise is a complete joke!
