Surprised to see such a low estimate of the size of the market. I can count over £400m turnover from just 5 ATAS members and would have expected the market size to be around £800m- £1bn. The growth figures are also a bit odd because more companies are now identifying themselves as part of this market. However, the underlying message is right: this is an important sector and one in which travel agents can earn significant commission.
I agree Paul Sawbridge. Sounds ridiculously low to me. Dare I say #fakenews :o)
