in my opinion in the list of categorizes at the end, a major category is missing:

Content!

What if parts of your product comprises articles in text-form or videos that have subtitles that should be translated? This is for instance my only usecase I consider a crowd-sourced translation for.

Maybe this is an inspiration for adding this category.

Btw I recommend to contact 2polyglot.com for localization services. They usually just perform translation, but if you get in touch with their staff and order a localization they''ll give you access to a special closed group of certified translators/localizators. That's not their main specialization, but they'll help you and prices are also great.
