A majority of the polls however, are over-sampling Democrats.
They then report these poll number telling us that Slow, Sloppy Joe is crushing Trump.
This tactic is used to fear monger the Trump Base ... try to get us to give up and stay at home.

Absolutely correct. This was the tactic used in the 1988 Mexican Presidential election (Narcos Mexico was great and this part was true) to discourage voters from coming out. It appears that it is now being used in every US Presidential election - 2016 showed us that.

Trump voters don't stampede very well. We are far smarter than they think we are. And the more they say they are going to win, the more of our relatives we make sure are getting out to vote.

They do but they assume that Dem cheating will win which why they put Biden ahead no matter what the data they collect says.

All the polls have me concerned as there's no way to tell if they are accurate or not.

There’s a lot of psychology applied in polls to get the results the pollster wants. Much effort is put into framing the question.

Well, I'm hoping they just missed it on this one; however, there is some good news in the poll. They have Trump with 39% of the Hispanic voters, up from just 28% in 2016, while Biden is polling at just 54%. It is generally agreed that Biden has to have at least 66-67% of the Hispanic vote to win. Biden has to win Florida and it appears Trump is doing well with Latinos there. Rasmussen went from a favorable rating 52% down to 44% and now it's back to 49% for Trump so, maybe IBD's current polling is just a blip.

Rasmussen moved GOP intensity for Trump down from over 90% to 79% in that poll. No explanation for the move, there are thoughts it was a fat finger mistake. Who knows. It was identified by polling watchers, and its gone. Trump is re-establishing his former status. Arizona lead appears to be widening - can it bring McSally over the line who knows. Florida appears to be pretty much in the bag for Trump. All intensity appears to be with Trump. Just vote. Finish the job.

Actually, voting twice is a criminal offense. Also note that mail-in ballots may NOT be readily counted before Election day. While I advocate checking to see if your vote has been counted, DO NOT vote twice.

why are you so sure that in person is any more reliable?
you go to the poll. you get your card. you punch some buttons. then drop your ballot in the box.
you have zero visibility to what happens next. as far as any of us know, that's where your ballot stays, in the box. you don't know for sure that it's ever counted by anyone. you're told that it is, but you don't know.
a few hours latter you turn on the TV to watch the results. the same media that is called "fake news" then tells us the results.
for 364 days and 23 hours you don't trust a word word CNN, ABC, NBC or CBS says. yet, on election night, they'e suddenly honest and truthful?

That was the case with Hillary in 2016. The voters had the last say then. The Dems are now posturing they don’t trust the outcome which is hypocritical in view of using postal ballots. Count on this. on election day americans only think they voted for president. we do not. that's the job of the electoral college.
they choose the president. the popular vote we cast on election day is just to make us feel good.
if you'll recall, clinton won the popular vote, but trump won the whitehouse.

Not sure on other states but in Illinois you have two ways to vote on election day. Touch screen where at the end you can review a paper print out that stays in the machine. You then say ok and then your vote gets tallied. The other way is paper ballot. you fill out the circles with a "special pen" then you go to the scanner. A poll worker makes sure you put it in right, it gets scanned and then tallied. The only ballots that get scanned in by workers are mail in or the providential ballots.

There's no way to ensure that fraud will not occur, unless you have a way to reinvent honesty and integrity.

Just get rid of democrats.

Always a chance since nothing is perfect, but the less a ballot is handled the better chance of it not getting messed with.

In MO it is the same mostly with paper ballots that you scan in yourself, nice system, you know your vote was counted and not by some political hack.

you assume that it does, but you don't really know.
you're told to trust the system. to trust the nice gray haired poll worker. but, you don't really know your vote ever gats counted!

Because for two years I worked the polls. The electronic info gets transmitted to the main headquarters . The paper back ups are then transported separately and in case of a recount or suspicion of wrong doing the two are compared. The only way to mess up the system is on the touch screen have choice "A" highlight choice "B". That can be caught when you review before hitting enter. You could also just not count an entire precinct but that is too easy to spot. The providential ballots can be messed with since those get counted at headquarters along with the mail in ballots. As you can see, the easiest place to mess with results is in the mail in and the providential ballots. Again, this is how it works in my part of Illinois. Each state does their own thing so I cannot say what goes on in other places.
