No, most airliners have cabin air pressure equivalent to that of an altitude of 8000 feet. For the Dreamliner, Boeing cut it down to 6000 feet. At that level, the cabin air is more dense and has greater levels of oxygen saturation. Which means the body doesnt have to work so hard to oxygenate blood, hence less jet lag.
